The OP-1 Soul Sample Pack gathers the sounds that built soul music: warm electric pianos, drawbar organ, plucked clavinet, brass sections and deep, rounded bass. Soul grew out of gospel and rhythm and blues in the late 1950s and 60s, carrying the emotion and phrasing of church music into popular song, and its instrumental palette has stayed a reference point for hip hop, neo-soul and lo-fi production ever since.
The pack contains 33 samples for the OP-1 and a larger 66 sample set for the OP-1 Field, taking advantage of the Field’s greater capacity, plus 5 drum kits covering brushed and felted textures, warm room kits and brighter, open sounds. Between them they cover keys, organ, bass, brass, guitar, pads and mallets, ready to build soul, neo-soul and sample-based beats with genuine warmth and character.

This pack is made for the OP-1 and OP-1 Field, with mono and stereo samples respectively.
